Growing up my experiences shaped my love for others and my desire to support personal growth, relationships, and emotional well-being. I consider it an honor to walk alongside clients as they build hope and healthier connections.
Outside of counseling, my most important roles are being a wife and mom to three amazing kids. I have a daughter at Ohio State, two sons at home, and our beloved dog. In my downtime, I enjoy running, playing piano, traveling, and being outdoors.
I’m passionate about building adult caregivers' capacity to nurture healthy children. I’m a subject matter expert in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, holding both the Ohio Infant Mental Health Professional Credential – Level 3 and the Early Childhood Mental Health Credential – C.
As a mom of four, I deeply understand the joys and challenges of parenting. Outside of work, I’m learning the violin and enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, running, and yoga. I am also A CASA volunteer, advocating for children in the juvenile court system.
